To facilitate the updating of contact information for users of the "Secure Electronic Postal Box" (SEPBox), the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) participates in the Contact Information Modification Service of the Identification Services Bureau (DSI). Macao residents who are holders of the smart ID card, when changing their contact details in their Macao resident identity records through DSI's self-service kiosks can also authorise DSI to provide this information to CTT for changing the contact details of their SEPBox account. The above-mentioned service will be provided to the public starting from 1st April, 2020.
