Account Login
1.	First please select the system display language.
2.	Input your User ID and Password, then press "Login".
3.	If you do not have a registered User ID and Password, please select the link "Click here to register!" to register.

Account Registration
1.	Please fill in your User Information.
2.	Next step is to register a User ID and Password, then input the Registration Code on the image.
	* User can first check if the selected User ID is available for use by pressing the "Check Availablity" button, a message will then show up indicating the availablity of the User ID. In addition, if at any time the Registration Code is unclear, a new code can be generated by selecting the "Generate New Code" button.
3.	After inputting the information and agreeing the Subscriber Agreement, select "Create Account" to finish the registration process.
