Reset password
If a user forgets his/her login password, he/she can enter the SEPBox ID, the notification e-mail address, the last 3 digits of ID document and his/hers verification code in this page, for then the system will send a new login password to the user’s notification email address if the input information is in accordance to the registered records.
However, if the user did not fill in notification email address at registration, or did not activate it, user will not be able to reset the password online, user could only use electronic postal kiosk located at CTT or postal counter branches to reset the password.
