Steps to apply CEM eBill service through SEPBox

1. Use your SEPBox ID to Login SEPBox. |

2. Select "eBill & Notifications" function, and click "CEM eBill".
 |
3. Authorize CTT to provide your personal information to Companhia de Electricidade de Macau.
 |
4. Input CEM Contract Number, accept Terms and Conditions and select either "Apply/Change" or "Cancel".
 |
5. When CEM issues eBill, your eBill will be delivered to your SEPBox.
