Eligibility Those who successfully applied to receive Electronic Water Bill through “Secure Electronic Postal Box – SEPBox”. Period of lucky draw Three rounds of lucky draws will be conducted in September 2015, January 2016 and May 2016 respectively.

Prizes of lucky draw One winner will be drawn in each of the 1st,2nd ＆3rd round of lucky draw and the prize is a “2014 Annual Album”.
